Cookie Profit Playbook is an independent service provider offering customer data analysis and marketing tools for Crumbl franchise operators. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Crumbl Franchising, LLC in any way.
What This Site Is
This website provides information about our Profit Playbook service and allows franchise operators to apply for that service. By using this site and submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
The Service
We analyze customer transaction data provided by franchise operators and deliver a Customer Profit Playbook containing customer intelligence reports, segmented lists, and marketing tools. The full scope of what is included is described on this page and in the Service Agreement sent to approved applicants.
No service is provided and no payment is collected until both parties have signed a Service Agreement and data access has been confirmed.
Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review every application and reserve the right to decline any applicant for any reason. If we decline your application, we will let you know and you will not be charged.
Information submitted in your application is used only to evaluate fit and contact you about your engagement. We do not sell or share application information with third parties.
Payment
The engagement fee is $2,998, collected as a single one-time payment after data access is confirmed. All fees are stated in USD. Payment is processed securely through a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card details.
The 90-Day Guarantee
If you implement a minimum of three recommendations from your report and do not recover $2,998 within 90 days of delivery, we will continue working with you at no additional charge until you do. Full guarantee terms are detailed in your Service Agreement.
Your Data
We take data seriously. Customer data you provide is used solely to produce your deliverables and is permanently deleted within 30 days of delivery. We do not sell, share, or retain your customer data for any other purpose. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Revenue figures and financial outcomes referenced on this site represent potential opportunities identified in historical customer data. They are not guarantees of future results. Actual outcomes depend on implementation, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property

The operator initiates a read-only export directly from their POS system. The exported transaction data is used solely to identify customer purchasing patterns and is never shared, sold, or used for any purpose outside this engagement. All raw data is permanently deleted within 30 days of report delivery.
What we collect
When you submit an application we collect your name, email, phone number, and the information provided in the application form. If you become a client we process customer data you provide solely to deliver your report.
How we use it
Application information is used to evaluate fit and contact you about our services. Client customer data is used solely to produce your deliverables and is deleted within 30 days of delivery completion.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your customer data with any third party for any purpose. We do not use client customer data for marketing, research, or any purpose beyond your engagement.
Data security
We maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data during processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your application data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Client customer data is deleted automatically within 30 days of delivery.

CUSTOMER PROFIT PLAYBOOK — PRIVACY AGREEMENT

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Cookie Profit Playbook Privacy Policy available at cookieprofits.carrd.co/#privacy and consent to the processing of my store's customer data for the sole purpose of producing my Customer Profit Playbook deliverables.

CUSTOMER PROFIT PLAYBOOK — SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement is between Cookie Profit Playbook ("Provider") and the operator named in the application ("Client").What we do
Provider will deliver the Customer Profit Playbook as described at the time of purchase. This includes all core deliverables and bonuses listed in the offer at time of purchase. Delivery will be completed within 72 hours of confirmed data access.
What you provide
Client agrees to provide read-only export access to POS or loyalty platform customer data sufficient to complete the deliverables. Client represents and warrants that they have the right to share this data with Provider and that doing so does not violate any franchise agreement, platform terms of service, or applicable law.
Payment
Payment of $2,998 is collected after data access is confirmed and quality verified. If Provider determines data cannot be processed at required quality, no payment is collected and the engagement is terminated.
The 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Provider guarantees that the delivered report will clearly identify Client's highest-value customers (whales) and lower-value customers (minnows) from Client's transaction history.
If, within 90 days of delivery, Client is not satisfied that the report clearly distinguishes their highest-value customers from their lower-value customers, Client may request a full refund of the engagement fee. No conditions. No documentation required. No questions asked.
To request a refund under this guarantee, Client must notify Provider in writing at [email] within 90 days of delivery. Upon receipt of a valid refund request, Provider will process the full refund within 5 business days.
This guarantee applies to all clients whose data access was confirmed and whose report was delivered within the agreed timeframe. It does not apply in cases where Client provided inaccurate, incomplete, or inaccessible data that prevented full report delivery.
Data handling
Provider will use Client data solely to produce the deliverables described in this agreement. Provider will not retain, sell, share, license, or reference Client customer data for any purpose beyond delivery of the agreed deliverables. Upon completion of delivery, Provider will delete all raw customer data within 30 days. Provider will maintain reasonable security measures during the engagement.
Results disclaimer
Results described in marketing materials represent potential opportunities identified in historical data and are not guarantees of future revenue. Actual results depend on implementation, market conditions, and factors outside Provider's control.
Limitation of liability
Provider's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by Client. Provider is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Client represents that all customer communications sent using deliverables from this engagement are sent by Client, on behalf of Client's business, and Client assumes full responsibility for compliance with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and any franchise agreement marketing obligations.Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Maine.
